Is it possible to park the car and switch to accessory mode without powering off and back to acc?. I get to works carpark and normally just sit with radio on for a bit before leaving car.

The simple answer is no.

When the car is Ready, you'll have to press the power button and turn it off fully before you can go to accessory.

However, if you've driven to work and the Battery is full, there's no reason why you couldn't just leave the car in ready mode as it should just stay on the hybrid Battery without switching the engine on unless AC is on.

5-10 mins should be fine to keep the car in ready mode without having the engine fire up, especially after driving to work as the hybrid Battery should be well charged.
