Need to service my car in a 1000 miles going to change my brake pads at this time to.  Got to tidy up a few things on the car at this time one of them being the callipers, but i can’t decide what colour to paint them, not a big fan of painting them red.  If it helps the car colour is silver and i am currently thinking of painting them gold.

Hi, if you fancy gold try plastikote antique gold (B34). My is200 is silver and I have painted mine a deep cherry red-humbrol enamel (20) gloss-looks good, that's just my opinion.

Black or Silver would be my choice. I think dodgy coloured calipers on an RX just emphasise how small the brakes and calipers actually are in comparison to the wheels.

Hi Its a personal thing really ;this may not help but on silver cars I have owned ,tried gold ,black ,silver all O K but I liked light blue best !!  wheels were always silver .

Got to be yellow...

Nah, just kidding! Gold sounds a good choice on a silver body. I did toy with idea of painting mine but couldn't really decide what colour to go for (red would have been a definite no-no, I think). Have you see there are are Lexus caliper stickers on eBay? Might be worth a set of black ones if you go for gold.
