Hi

I'm looking at one of these cars, it looks nice etc, but what should I look out for, what are the common failures and does it have issues like the gs450h where the hybrid batteries fail?

Main things really are sticking calipers on these, corroded wheels and corrosion underneath.

I believe the hybrid batteries and engine are pretty much bulletproof.

As its a 400h dont worry about going for the SE-L as they don't have air suspension which is usually a PITA when it goes.

Check the sunroof for any leaks and ensure it function's properly and if it has sat nav be aware that its quite dated and doesn't support full postcode

Not that Ive heard of in the UK to be honest. Generally they are extremely reliable and if something does happen, apart from the things mentioned in my previous post, then its very very unlucky
