Oh I agree, but it would have been nice to be greeted with my keys by the sales person and ask me what did I think.

It is just a matter of politeness.

Just a quick update, the traction Hybrid Battery pack still holds on very well after a few months :)

Preparing for my European drive in a couple of months now.
