Changing upper and lower grills from Premier to F-Sport

Hi everyone.

I'm new in the forum and I wonder if anyone might be able to help.

I have a late 2012 RX 450h here in France, that's the equivalent of a 'Premier' in the UK (they have different names all over, as you probably all know, and here, it's called 'President').

I totally love the F-Sport grill look and would like to change both bits, upper and lower.

Is it fairly straight-forward to do this or have it done by a much more qualified mate here?  
If so, where might I be able to source the two meshy-grill sections at a reasonable price, and would that be all that's needed? 

If going straight to Lexus for the parts is the only option, any ideas of the cost, approximate?

Straight swap for the upper grill I believe - no point changing the bottom part as its the same on the 2012 F-Sport and Premier models.
