Non Lexus car

I got Khumo tyres on the fronts less than a year ago. 7000 miles done, the near side front tyre is completly finished.

The off side has plenty of life in it. Maybe 2 years or more. I had done the alignment the same day I got the tyres.

What can the issue be? Bad alignment? Bad tyres? Bad suspension? Where should I start?

Shouldn't bad tracking mean partial wesr of tyre? How can the whole tyre be finished and touch cord? And the other side near new?

Yes, if the alignment was out it'd be a partial wear issues more commonly.

I can only think that the front tyre wasn't actually new when put on, did you check it?

They were new and had the red yellow paint lines on it.

Have receipts to prove millage and alignement but that will not do any good anyway.

If it is suspension issue, what can be it? Should I put new tyres on? Thinking of putting Goodyear or Dunlop. Will tracking catch any suspension issue ? Or will I loose money on new set of tyres as well?

If I jack up the car, what should I look for?  I had replaced the control arms myself last year as I had advisory. Then I replaced tyres and did alignment.
