2006 Honda Legend on it's way next week

Recommended Posts

I once owned the earlier front wheel drive Legend (2001). Great build quality and very reliable but not quite up to Lexus refinement standards. It was an obvious copy of an LS, even the cabin was of very similar design. One thing I do remember; the heated seats worked really well; they scorched your bum in the winter; much better than the LS! The only problem I had with it was a duff ABS wheel sensor. I exchanged it for my present mk4.  As for the red Fsport, I think it looks fantastic.

Hi,

The  Legend looks great.

Regards,

Dan.

Thank you, it's turning out to be an easy and comfortable to drive experience too BUT not quite so brilliant as my Mk3 in most respects apart from the high tech stuff which is all a little beyond me anyway :whistling:  the g/fs managed to get her Bluetooth / mobile phone I Tunes stuff working easy through the radio and  the speakers with a simple £11 plug-in thingy, the standard fix for this would have been about £300 she's been advised.

Think she's going to work for NASA on the next space programme she's so good at teccy stuff now   ( not sure what role tho',  maybe actually into space :yahoo: )

......  so far totally faultless, a joy to drive  ( caveats tho',  my Ls400 being quicker and faster and more comfy, for me anyway )  ......  only drawbacks .............  it needs washing more often to match the effort of its prior owner and the sodding petrol tank needs filling-up too :whistling:

The red car LOOKS flash, but, having just seen the jams beginning on M5 down the hill from my house. my logic of 'comfort above all' seems valid?

When could you USE it?

(Touch wood -owner on holiday...please don't change yr mind!) I'm after a 3 litre Citroen XM with this concept in mind -plus style of course.

I'll be content and comfortable?
