door look problem

I have a is 220d  2008 and when i walk up to it drivers side, only the drivers door unlocks. I check this viedo  and I can hear beep and 4 door all free to open but just driver side working . If any one know the soulotion please let me know what to do. thanks

Think its been done in the settings. Have you tried both fobs? Also try double clicking on the fob .

thanks for your help, I tried with both fob but still the same did not work . I call Lexus company about this problem the told me they charge me 168 pound for investigation .

Look on the forum mate dont be going to lexus dealer. It has been discussed on there i have seen it. Look in your book its done through the gear stick i believe. Is your car manual or auto. Also have you tried just holding the passenger side front handle?
