Hi all I'm new to here. I'm currently on the search for a is200 to buy and modify. And hopefully attend some meets.

Welcome Lawrence, your going to love the is200, had mine for 10 years and think it was one of the best cars I've ever owned.

just be a bit choosy before you buy your car with all the usual checks , there are plenty of good cars out there so don't let your heart rule your head...pick the right car and it will serve you well for many years......I will add my is200 was really bad when there was more than an inch of snow on the road ( I noticed you come from Kent ! Can get quite a lot down there ) I invested in a set of snow chains for mine cos' I live up a big hill off the main roads. But having said all that most rear wheel drive cars struggle in bad snow. Let us all know when you get your car.

Hi Lawrence and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over.
