That's the £800 one. That is pretty mucky, looks like several builder owners.

but you're right the back bumper looks ok

Looks empty

certainly no pink liquid. You can see it in the beige one.

Well if the rest of it is any to go by I'd be surprised if it has

Is the Gold one for sale at Lichfield one of those three?  Only 113k miles but has not been MOT'd for over a year and rust seems to be the trouble. - perhaps it was a car that suffered in those floods a couple of years back.  Lots of MOT advisories when last passed, in 2013 I think.  Is on eBay with photo's six hundred.  Looks nice but the underside and no doubt other things?

Well the gold one is a cat c so you maybe right . But I always thought flood damaged cars couldn't go back on the rd. I maybe wrong.

That's interesting.  I wonder about flood damage on the silver one now. Judging by the state of the interior and the rust on the bottom  of the doors. Made me feel better about not going for it

A few years ago(2007ish?), many caravan/motorhome dealers suffered in the floods, and I think Simpsons of York, iirc, were selling a load of motorhomes cheap, though declared as what they were, so no suggestion of anything underhand.

I think some were even brand new and unregistered, but obviously not warranted by the manufacturers.

The law might have changed since then of course.

Perhaps Waterboarding could be used as a stage of negotiating for vehicles with dealers?

not using floodwater of course; that would present its own health and safety issues.

There's no deals to be made on the silver one. He put price up.

After talking to the dealer I'd decided on the gold one. Based on the lower mileage the fact the wheels have been refurbed. But after looking at mot history and seeing that's it's not had one for over a year and had advisories for corrosion, also one headlight looks iffy I wonder if it is flood damaged. I maybe thinking on silver one again
