Yup through the UKW button - Sony MP3 player sits in the Cup holder with either fiver T/M plugged into top and into USB connector in Ashtray. Or via Sony T/M which plugs into an extension from Ash tray and sits between driver seat and Tunnel.

Yes, I use a DAB adaptor which transmits FM to the head unit. I've found it works fine. A cheap easy way to get DAB in the LS400.

I use a jabra cruiser 2... Works fine
