Wheel size for GS300 2002

I am trying to but a 2002 GS300 to take to Spain and the car I like has 17" wheels. They are lexus wheels.

The specification for the car says 16" wheels.

Does anyone know if 17"rims was an option from Lexus because the Spanish ITV (MOT) will fail on any non-standard part.

If I can show that they were original fitment it might be OK

My year 2000 GS300 had 17" wheels fitted also so would be an option, the fact that they are Lexus branded is in your favour as opposed to aftermarket.

I am sure that they were options at the time of purchase but will probably have to get some form of document from Lexus to back it up.

Have you got a picture of the wheel(s), someone may have a brochure with a pic of them.
