Iv'e got an annoying plastic sounding rattle behind the the left had side buttons on this part of the dash.  Before I break something, has anyone removed these switches or know how?

Sorry Steve, I thought I'd added a photo but forgot to do it.  If I give these switches a bit of a squeeze the rattle virtually goes so I want to take them off to see whats loose. It's clearly behind there somewhere. Thanks
