GS300 recall

Today I recieved a recall letter from Lexus for  the 2005 GS300 that I part exchanged with them seven months ago. You would have thought that they would have made a note of change of ownership whilst they had it.

The recall is regarding the fuel pressure sensor. Should I be expecting a similar letter for the 2011 GS450H that I bought from them?

My 08 GS450h was done last month. Takes 4 hours.

Is this recall for all GS450h cars?

I have not had a letter. Perhaps the previous owner has mine?

I got a letter and a phone call too for my GS300. Recall regarding the fuel pressure sensor. Goes in on the 17/06.

I've just had the recall job done today but since its been done, there's like a burning smell coming from the engine, is this normal for afew days, could it be some sort of sealant they've used?

Mine didn't smell or at least I didn't notice a smell. I'd give them a ring.

Yeah I'll call them tomorrow morning. 

There's no smell coming through the vents, it's just when I parked up, got out the car and then I smelt it, I opened the bonnet and could smell it aswell

Update: I took it back to Lexus Dealers, apparently the tech guy spilt a drop of oil on the manifold  He cleaned it off but there is still just a tiny bit of smell coming from it, will that ease off itself or would I need to wash it off?
