Breakdown Cover

Not really a NX question but do new Lexus vehicles come with breakdown cover these days or is it another cost cutting ?

Full cover still provided, and an additional card provided for someone else providing they live at the same address.

great thanks , they just never mentioned anything today on pick up and i couldn't see anything in the paperwork

You should get a card in the post a few days later. Its full cover as well, very comprehensive - doesnt matter which car you're in etc etc

The sales people harped on so much about reliability and how Lexus had 6 cars in the AE top 10 reliable cars, that I said I shouldn't need breakdown cover or an extended warranty then.

Always useful for a puncture though! or if someone decides to vandalise your car and take the wheels or something!

And the second card for the son/daughter whose first car isn't quite as reliable as Dad's Lexus

Oh yeah! Havent used it for my son's 06 Polo that I got from auction yet *touch wood* lol
