Sparkplugs

Just a quick question, will part no sk16rp11 sparkplugs from Rockauto work in my mk3 2005 Gs300? Is it the equivalent to the UK part no which is Fk20hbr11?

I'd say they are not compatible. Use either the standard Fk20hbr11 or VFKBH20.

I think Rock has it wrong.

Thanks. They were replaced on the 120000 full service. Would they need replacing now?

Plugs are typically changed every 60k miles. Your service manual should state the interval.

Hi yes it does state in the handbook that sparkplugs and air filter should be replaced at 60k miles. So mine were done on the full service at 120k miles so that means it won't need doing until 180k miles. But I have question, so it's due it's 140k service next month, it's the full service, lexus charging around £300 for it, so does that mean lexus will only be changing the oil and oil filter and checking other fluids for £300 odd quid, coz if that's the case, then it's a proper rip off
