New Firmware - May 2016

I did run the update myself and all went well. Haven't really noticed any major differences but at least the software version is now updated. UI might be a little bit faster.

My local dealer would have charged 85€ for the update which took me like 10 minutes overall...

latest map version is PZ445-US335-0S, anyone have this who is willing to share ?

At least my dealer here in Finland said that this (VD12103A) is the latest for my nav at least.

I did a bit of digging.

Over at https://www.lexus-tech.eu/Bluetooth/search.aspx

I have seen a list of firmware versions for Premium Nav.

After VD12103A @nikkethegreat mentions, I have also seen:

• VD12103B
• VD12104A
• VD12104B

I'm currently running VD12104B so looks like this is the latest.

At least based on the sw version numbers that seems to be the case... Why I am not surprised they didn't tell me there is a later version available.

If someone has those later versions please share! If anyone wants to have the VD12103A version I can happily share it.

The firmware they told you was the latest is the firmware the person who started this thread took a photo of in 2016.

Your dealer is not telling you the truth.

You can find the latest firmware back a few pages!

Yes sir, most likely yes. Many of us have already done it without any problems.

I just went to Lexus twickenham they tried it all (fuses, Battery disconnect) but have said the unit needs to come out to be checked. Well happy they squeezed me in but got to wait at least 3 weeks as they are all closing tomorrow. Ah well can't go anywhere anyway Keep safe everyone

Hi Pete i do not tbh because Twickenham was actually closed and running out of toyota in Isleworth but Antoinne there was really helpful. I was also liasing with David from Lexus twickenham service dept. So far can not fault them as i drove up on the off chance and they still had a look at it so top marks so far

Wow, now I suddenly got this message. I still haven't got a reply from the dealer what software this is actually referring to.

I have this version atm VD12104B and so far this has been working very well.

If anyone is able to advise what system I have and if it is current much appreciated? It includes navigation in a 15 plate Is300h advance.

Tried the various codes on Google and nothing conclusive came back.
