One advisory

Slight corrosion to brake pipes (front to rear) that will need attention within the next few months.  But another MOT pass - that's six in a row.  'Drives beautiful', said my mechanic when he brought the car back afterwards.  'Unlike the new ones - they're rock hard.'

The new ones may go round bends like a F1 car, but I still prefer the smoothness and quiet comfortable ride of my 2000 LS.  Now, where did I leave my slippers.....

My LS had its annual  test today.... Lol as per the norm 100% pass no advisorys blah blah blah lol

Well done that man, excellent news. Mine is due in about 6 weeks, here's hoping!

What I find quite amusing is that non Lexus LS owners think we live in a dream world - we do! It is wonderful!

 

Again my only worry is how long it will last!

That's good going my MK 4 98 managed to get 5 fail points and two advisories - can't remember the last time I got a straight pass - never mind 6 on the bounce - long may it continue for you.

MOT today, no advisories, brilliant. I had really expected the offside UCA to need replacing at 184,252 miles after the n/s UCA last year at 173,994  ( miles not £££s )
