Arm Rest Repair (Dog damage)

Does anyone have any advice on ARM REST REPAIR, please? I have just bought a 1997 Lexus, and the previous owner has obviously had a dog in the car. The arm rests seem to have been chewed or clawed, and I'd like to know what to do to restore them - or, at the very least, cover them. Many thanks.

Any leather repairer should be able to sort it out. They might just remove the armrest and re-upholster it or it'll be cheaper to just do that section.
