I agree, it does look cheap, but the £8,000 is only an invitation to commence bidding at that level.

I think if there was a reserve on it, it would state "Reserve not met".  Not sure if it needs an initial bid in order to trigger that statement ?

 

Good luck if you decide to bid.  Why not give the guy a call, maybe there's a deal to be had ?

It's a real F-Sport and would indeed be a steal at 8K or thereabouts. Pretty sure it's been up for sale for quite a while (at a higher price) so perhaps the seller is getting impatient.

MOT is almost expired but it probably won't need anything major...

I'm really surprised no1 bid for it as it's cheap.when I was looking to buy is250 did see it for 9500. Even though different seller, seller still in Colchester Essex. It's not been in a accident????. Its an original F-Sport. They had different badges and were available only in Europe.

Last 3 MOT's have been passes - the most recent one had tyre worn close to legal limit as an advisory and the "engine cover fitted" get out statement so generally seems OK mechanically

i could have bought it, actually if it did go for that price it was a bargain.

I am looking at a 3.0R Subaru, (manual. :p).

I have other commitments so dont want to spend too much on a car.
