These guys can strip an entire V8 engine and recondition it in just a shade under 4 mins but Lexus and other garages want 3 to 4+ hrs just to do a timing belt.

........  what did they use the ball pain hammer for I wonder ?  my kind of fix if I was allowed near anything technical !

It's actually 'ball peen or pein', although in a way I agree with you - if you get a hammer in the balls, you will feel a pain :)
