Calling All Loc'ers Going To Gaydon...

Leading on from the first LOC meet of the new year(Gaydon)and as there are a few members around the Kent,Surrey,Essex,S.E London and the Home counties

a proposed "convoy" is planned.

As were all heading towards the M40 i thought we could all meet up at various points(well 2 actually).

The first being Oxford services JCT 8A M40 then we could trundle up to the services at JCT 10 M40 to hook up with those members coming from East Anglia/Northampton area, a quick coffee and a chin wag then motor on down to Gaydon JCT 12 (B4451)......

i was thinking of meeting at the first point at around 09:00-09:30 then onto the second at about 09:45-10:15 to arrive at Gaydon at 11:00.

Are these times acceptable to everyone?

i will possibly be tag teaming with the southern lot, but im just trying to work out how i am going to do it.

as i will have the Pajero, with trailer and race car on, but i will also be hoping to pick up the monster aswell which is in London, and i will be staying in Milton keynes, unless i can work something out in London, near TDI

MY PROBLEM IS THE SECURITY OF THE THE RACE CAR OVERNIGHT

after the race car is dropped off, the monster will be trailered back to germany, so the other added problem is getting the monster from TDI to Gaydon..or at least someone to pilot the Pajero and trailer to Gaydon....... :duh:
