Hi all

Going to get my Wheels refurb and at same time Calipers painted but really undecided on the colours. i guess being colour blind does not help.

Anyway car is grey, currently thinking slightly darker grey wheels with gloss finish with blue calipers and white brembo decals.

Also silver calipers look kind of cool too.

Anyway open to all suggestions

It's going to look like my old car 😃

Anthercite wheels, blue callipers and white decals looks amazing and fits the colour scheme of the car. Thumbs up from me!

Yes Stuno it really is going to look double of your car. both 2008 models too.

But think i'll go brembo decals just to be different from you. ha!

Was thinking black wheels but i think that will hide the wheels bit too much.

Black wheels on an ISF just looks like the owner couldn't be bothered matching to the dark grey colour.

Id leave the colour of the wheels the same but Id go for something bolder like Orange - seems to be the new F colour!

Orange calipers could be interesting. would like to go for something different but don't want it to look tacky.

was thinking blue as it matches the theme running throughout the car but orange is very cool.

Also regarding wheels how about getting the lip of the wheel a different colour, like grey alloys and back lip, or blk alloys and silver lip?

A lot of this can only really be decided once it's on as to whether it looks good. For me the car is a sleeper and bright callipers get rid of that effect. Also the theme of the car is blue and grey so any other colour to my eye just doesn't sit well. Doing too much to the wheels I fear may also make it look tacky. Maybe there is a way to introduce blue to the wheels somehow?

Im going to head down to the wheel shop in next couple of weeks and have a chat with them about it and bash a few ideas around and see what they can do

Would be quite cool to somehow add a bit of blue into the wheel colour.

will keep you posted

How about a metallic blue flake in the wheels? Keep them the same stock colour or as close to it as possible with the flake on top.

Yeah i think adding a bit of blue into the wheels along with the Blue calipers would be pretty cool actually.

Not sure if they can do that but ill find out

Thanks

Well the calipers on the GS-F are orange and they look awesome.

There's no blue on the outside apart from the little bit around the badge

Admit the calipers on the gsf look grest. Kind of like a burnt orange.

So think ill go for slightly darker gloss wheels with either blue or burnt orange calipers

Did mine in burnt copper and brembo decals last year.  Suits the USB colour well I think
