Guy's, How does one do valuation of a car if it's 2014 or newer but used ? Parkers says the vehicle is too young. Then how can I know what price the car is at and I should make an offer ? Thanks.

I assume the car you're interested in has an asking price, put a cheeky bid in if you're interested in buying.  The dialogue that will ensue will give a good indication of what the seller wants.  Only you can decide if this matches what you're willing to spend.

When I purchase my cars (always used), I try to predict what I can achieve in a sale situation in two years time (i.e. research cars that are 2 years older too).

CAP used prices. Be aware that they only give a free private sale value but you have to pay for a dealer value or trade in value.

You can also check Glass's website but its rubbish IMO, gives rock bottom prices. Of course you can also check on autotrader free values which are somewhat low too and if all else fails, check Autotrader for the same age cars with same mileage and spec.
