First MOT tomorrow

I picked up my new motor at the end of November. I noticed that the MOT was due at the end of January, and asked if my local Lexus dealer would cover the cost of the MOT in the deal. After much skirting around, they eventually agreed.

Just hope they don't deny it when I drop it off tomorrow.

Wish me luck guys!

All is well. Passed with flying colours and the MOT cost was covered by the dealer. They'd marked the account up to say they would cover any costs.

I dont think they could have done it as early as November Mikey, I think there's a limit to how early it can be done. I'm just pleased there was no hassle and they kept their word.

Mr thar dropped it off first thing and they ran him into work afterwards. They let him know when it was ready and picked him up from work to go and collect it, can't fault that for personal service!

You can have MOT done at any time but if done within 1 month before expiry of current MOT the new certificate will be valid until 12 months from expiry of old MOT in effect the cert will then be valid for 13 months.
