Reliability and legality would be my concerns, the spelling mistakes alone in the listing put me off.

One section says includes cooling fan, read further down and no cooling fan required.

Since when do LEDs needs a CPU to drive them?

IP65 then IP68 rated so which is it,the latter suggests they can be totally submerged in water so good for submarines?

Give it time when they are tried and tested and the price is down to a tenner a pair.

Have a look on utube plenty of these on there , i would agree that they are better than halogen.

But halogen are crap lights compared to the latest . That includes LED and cree , but they are unknown life span and are expensive.

Well according to a reply to my asked questions they are street legal, they do have built in fans and should be no problem with MOT! Decisions, Decisions ..... lol
