Hmm..actually, having seen that I'll take back some of what I said about the cold air thing. I see now that the Typhoon has its own airbox, or more of a shield around the filter to protect it from engine heat. And I suppose the side trim more or less closes the top of the box.

Still - an awful lot of money for some tunes and little or no discernible improvement in performance- even if it sounds quicker! :-)

clearly no one knows how good this sounds, let me record this from the engine bay at the weekend.

as for the cost, 200 odd quid doesn't seem much to me, for a part that lasts a life time and makes a fantastic v6 come alive.

what about low revs . Does it become nosier as well? any drone sound on highway ?

no, not that i am aware, only when you increase revs (through the gear changes.)
