My dearest wife returned from a 2 hour journey yesterday, and noticed that her brand new, dark blue jeans had stained the cream leather....

I'm guessing we're probably not the first people this has happened to, and would be grateful for some advice on how best to deal with this.

Any suggestion welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Dodo juice leather cleaner will take it right out. Need to use the dodo juice leather sealant to stop it happening

Had a similar problem with mine, just gave them a wipe with a damp cloth and the blue tinge came off.

Have a look at Dr leather wipes, i use them once a month and they are great. No need to seal or feed. But if you want to try gliptone twins.

No need to seal is an amateur mistake, no need to feed yes, but the top layer still needs sealing, hence why leather was stained in the first place.

Gliptone twins aren't the best imo. The cleaner is somewhat rubbish at anything other than very light dirt and the conditioner softens the leather but also attracts dirt.

Basically dodo juice leather cleaner (tried and tested, similiar performance to Dr Leather advanced cleaner but much cheaper) and the dodo juice sealant is enough. However, I can't see why you can't use a conditioner under the sealant to soften it and not attract dirt.

I've written a whole guide on this in the detailing section if interested
