Fitting Eyelids

Got my eyelids of Alex a while ago, and just received my double sides sticky tape ( ) - so looking at fitting them tomorrow.

Can't find any details on fitting them though.

I am sure yemgi posted a howto on fitting them - but can't find the post, nor a workshop / knowledgebase article.

can anybody help please? :D

what brand(s) of double sided tape did people in this country use? and where did they get it?

probably my fault - I have probably gone overboard in applying it - but I figured that if I put too much on, the worst thing that could happen would be that it wouldn't fall off

You can use any double side tape that is "for exterior" or "for car tuning"

That's how it is labelled in France. You can find it in Halfords I guess or in any "do-it-yourself" shop (not sure about how it is called). In France you have Castorama, Leroy Merlin, Bricorama ...
