I've just fitted 4 Michelin Cross Climate tyres to my Mercedes, absolutely brilliant tyres, quiet as a mouse and no road rumble oranything, suspect they will go very nicely on the Lexus.

when i had my ct i used 215/45/17 dunlop sport maxx rt

they had good ratings for fuel economy ,wet braking & 67Db so quiet as well.

I was going to get some of these if I replace my tyres.

I've put the dunlops on the rear mine following recommendation here. Very impressed so far, they are much quieter than the tyres mine had on when I bought it.

Evidently rolling resistance comes into play with hybrids, The new EU labeling shows sound level on the tyres, But evidently its measured from outside the car, which doesn't mean its quieter inside the car??? All im trying to achieve is a softer quieter car. SIGH, LOL

there is no point in buying tyres that have a low rating for fuel economy i.e.above a D rating

as you have paid for a hybrid to give you better miles / gallon

Very true, 200h. I wonder if its worth seeing what they put on the new CT200h?
