Im currently looking at buying a is300h f sport and was wondering is there anything I should be looking out for.

Questions

What speed does the petrol motor kick in, says around 40mph in the brochure but would like to know exact.

What is the true mpg?

Is the mark levinson sound system worth it?

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

Only test driven a CT200h a few years ago so can't comment on MPG, depends on the driver's style I would think, petrol engine can kick in at any time dependant on the hybrid Battery charge status and extra demands like demisting and heated seats.

Driven gently the electric motor will run up to 46mph, but any acceleration or hills will see the petrol engine kick in. On anything over 4-5 miles mid forties mpg should be possible.

I have the ml system and find it good, dab is good quality whereas on the standard system dab sounds poor.

I can vouch for the consumption my trip to work is 4.6 miles & from cold managed this!

Best morning run so far was 80 mpg, but a fair bit is down hill, but it is still from a cold start & I am still getting used to the car .Have ave only done just 700 miles since purchase last month.

Still lovin it though

80mpg amazing!!!

I was offered a 2nd hand f sport on a 14 reg for 23900 with 37k on clock. I think that's a tad on the high side considering the mileage
