Is200 Hesitation From Deadstop

Does someone know what causes hesitation when accelerating hard from stop light. I cleaned throttle body and map sensor with airsensor cleaner. Plugs are just changed. Its is200 -99 138tkm.

Try turning the traction control off check to see if it does it with that off.

Try resetting the ECU. That seems to solve a few problems.

how do you reset the ecu on a lexus? is it the same procedure as most other cars, disconnecting the Battery for a set amount of time?

I reseted Ecu and tried without traction control. Now i got new problem temperature gauge reads 60c and high idle. Changed thermostat, but still the same. Still engine hoses are too hot to keep my on them. Im thinking its temperature sensor? Is it possible that would solve my poor throttle response on stoplight pull.
