Hi all,

As the title indicates I need your help for a good friend of mine.

He is trying to insure a modded 106 gti. He is 19 and had a quote from Admiral for £1600 - the best quote yet.

So all of you who have performance/cosmetic mods on your car (and declared them :) ) could you please reply with yours insurers name and contact details.

Please comment if you think your insurer could be any better or not.

I know we have a insurance thread floating around the forum now but this is solely for those that cover mods.

Thanks in advance for your help. ;)

My broker in Greenlight Insurance in Essex who got my NOS mobile insured with Highway Insurance for £900 :o

There cover will replace modded bits damaged in a prang. They were really good when I was hit by an uninsured driver recently. No forms to fill in all done over the phone
