Entertainment Centre Questions For New Owner

Hi Guys,

I am a brand new owner and also brand new to this forum.

Please forgive me if these questions have been asked before!

I have a 2007 RX400H SE-L

And I have a couple of questions...

1. Does the CD player in the front of the car accept MP3 CD's?

2. Does the audio system in the front of the car accept input from aux devices, if so, where can I find the input?

3. The DVD player, which is awfully placed under the drivers seat has an Aux in - what sort of cable should I be looking up on, say, eBay, to connect my tablet or other device to stream to the tv's in the headrests?

4. Where abouts can I find the navigation map disc?

Hi Nik and welcome to the LOC, we are a
friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and
put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer
left over.

We recommend you spend a couple of mins
looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later

1 - Yes the 2006 facelift models have MP3 support on CD. Check your owners manual, there are restriction on folders, filenames etc.

2 - Unfortunately not

3 - Standard composite video and line level audio

4 - It is in the boot, under the floor on the right.
