Car Tramlining

Hi all

Had my car a month now (love it to bits) but it has an issue with "tramlining" it had a siezed caliper when i bought it so i fitted a new one, Tyre presures are 35psi all round, but i cant keep it in a straight line on uneven roads and its quite scary tbh, Then something last night really worried me i was doing 70mph on a motorway road was smooth (for a change), but then had to brake heavily and the car darted all over the road with a wobble through steering wheel this scared my wife to death.

Anyone any ideas please

Almost certain to be your tyres needing changing. Had exactly same issue on my 450h soon after I bought it. Tyres looked to have life left in them measured by mm depth but we're in fact shot. As soon as most modern wide tyres get to 3 or 4mm ish then they can tramline like hell and under heavy braking take you all over the road. It's worth getting quality replacements to help avoid same in future.
