I have been a lexus dealer to quote for the back box exhaust and they said i will looking for 1000 pound. That's unacceptable. Just wanna say if any of you know where can i find the oem parts in a acceptable price.

The price for the OEM parts is very high.

You may find it much cheaper to find a manufacturer who can custom make exhaust systems make one to fit.

Why not go stainless, still cheaper than dealer prices and you'll get a full system.

I always wondered if one can go to scrap yard and take one out from a car and use that.... will motor hog or alike do that/ allow it ?

There are manufacturers out there that will make them. While they do a good job, if you go down the stainless route then they are very noisy and will ruin the experience of driving the car.

Stainless will always be noisier than the mild steel they are made from.

If you do decide to get the stainless ones then you are looking at around £250 fitted - keep an eye out for originals coming up on eBay for around £200
