The car has been re-valetted, and I'm happy with the result.

The leather seat smear that looked like glue in manufacturing, they couldn't budge. The think it is in the actual leather, so will be directing through the warrenty guy, who is out today.

The scratch on the plastic trim was just veltted over, bit still visible as a fine white line. I will mention that again when they come back about the warrenty bit.

Been offered 15% off the service plan over the 3 years, working out a saving of £140.20. Going to mull that over, would like a free intermediate to commit to the one Dealer for 3 years.

Holy **** - £140.20 is 15% so 100% is over £900. Surely you arent paying £900 for 3 services!? It should be around £773 if I remember correctly

David, take the service plan at the price offered and then hit them with the LOC discount if you can. That should knock another hundred odd off the price if you can twist their arms..

Should only be £773 mate, not £935! They service IS250's for that much as well as my RX450h! They've practically given you a discount because they can and they'll still get a lot of profit!
