Hello to everyone

I'm new to the site but looking for some info if anyone could help please. I'm currentlybin the british army in Germany and our cars have to pass certain tests one of which is a lights test. Can anyone confirm if the LS430 headlights have a flat beam or the kick up to the nearside? If it's the nearside I'll need to change the headlights to left hand drive ones.

Many thanks

Hi Craig and welcome to the LOC, we are a
friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and
put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer
left over. Cant help with your currant question but someone will bee along shortly with the answer. Regards Mike.

Hello and welcome to the LOC, it's a pleasure to have a serving member of our British Armed Forces as a member of the club.

From the information I have the beam pattern on RHD models is flat with only a dip down cutoff on the beam pattern to the extreme offside ( to avoid blinding oncoming drivers).

Hi Steve2006. Thanks for the kind words and the info much appreciated. Happy they have flat beam that means it will pass and tax free fuel for me!!!
