You cannot remap it, the only thing you can do is install a piggyback ECU to modify input signals into the original ECU. Really not much to gain unless you are performing other things at the same time such as air intake and exhaust.

There is only 1 or 2 companies that can remap the lexus ECU. 1 of them is Mines.

remapping a non-turbo charged car won't see much gain in the first place.

The most popular way of adding power to the 400/430 engine is by adding a turbo or supercharger. Be prepared to spend a few grand when doing this.

ITB's (individual Throttle Body) is also an option, but less used

SRT always achieved impressive results. I don't know of any LS/GS/SC 430s in the UK fitted with these to know if the ECU mods work correctly with European vehicles - they should do but the standard ECUs do have slightly different mapping to start with.
