Looking for a good set of LS 430 wheels and tyres in good condition to fit to my LS400.

Hi Alec,

The usual way is to take a look on eBay and see what's available,problem is finding a good set with good tyres as these wheels are known for corrosion problems and decent branded tyres aren't cheap.

Probably better to find a cheap set,have them refurbished then fit new tyres of your choice.

Many thanks for your prompt reply and advice. I see you are a major contributor to posts and as I am based in Ireland can you suggest any places that might supply refurbished wheels with new tyres.

I am correct in believing that the LS430 wheels are a straight fit for my '96 LS400.

Yes the 430 wheels are a straight fit on the 96 LS400s, the later models like yours have larger calipers so some aftermarket wheels won't go on without spacers ( not recommended).

A lot of Japanese cars use the same 5 stud pattern with a PCD of 114.3 so always worth looking at the likes of Mazda and other models.

eBay and some of the breaker yards could result in finding some used genuine alloys - they will probably need some refurbishment though but well worth sourcing

I've fitted after-market wheels before but prefer to keep the cars as genuine and as original as possible

Hi everyone and thank you for taking time to answer my questions. I have decided to have the original wheels refurbished which I believe makes the most sense.

I am looking for original LS 400 mats and a boot switch cover, has anyone any suppliers worth talking with. (Lexus quoting €145 and €76 respectively but cannot guarantee delivery date.
