Lexus Sidcup? Any Is-f Owners Use Them?

Hi Guys,

After a frankly disappointing time with Lexus Woodford, I am considering using a closer dealership going forwards.

Just wondering if anyone from the IS-F community takes their cars to Lexus Sidcup?

It's a lot closer for me than Woodford as well to be honest.

I would prefer not to discuss the reasons for the change openly on the forum.

Happy to discuss via PM if anyone wants to know more though.

Not used for servicing but the salesmen are very good. Very accommodating and helpful. May be worth testing them out?

I've got no reason to see a dealership now till next June, so will probably give them a go.

Pretty sure the next one is a minor service again. :)

Hi Peter I have purchased my last 3 cars from Sidcup, ok I know

when your buying a new car they are going to be as nice as pie, but I seem to
get along with all of them there, they have always treated me well, have given
me a very fair price on my old cars and have on quite a few occasions put them
selves out, I have in the past had to shop around for the best service cost,
but they have in the end always matched it, I believe things have changed and
all dealerships are supposed to charge around the same price, I think I will
still make a few calls just to see.

My ISF went to Lexus Sidcup, great service - have been with the same person there for many years (they were at Lexus Croydon but moved there so I started going there instead)

Interesting, I've only ever had good service from them.....

I used sidcup last year. The geo machine was out of order and they couldn't find the really obvious knocking noise which has got worse since.

however I have very little time and will use them again soon for this years service as I feel I should stay with a main dealer to preserve the value as and when I change it..
