Outside Air Temp Sensor Location?!

Hello - New to the forum!

reading in the car reads "--" so i got my self a sensor from a parts guys on eBay.

Ive been searching for a good hour - took the passenger wheel liner off had alook under there - just cant find where the old senor is/ or goes.
am i right that this is the right sensor - mine looks the same as this one....

Ive looked all around the bumper, under the bash bar etc, looked at other forums for help.
where the hell is it exactly?!

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

It should be located low down behind the front bumper sort of at the back of where the number plate sits.

That's where I thought it was after researching, but Yup not there either ?!

I really think I'm gonna have to go Lexus and ask lol.

the picture is off the temp sensor, is either clipped under the slam panel or located on the underneath of the crash bar
