Price Drop Tv

Do not use price-drop.tv.. they are a shambles of a company I rang the number for a certain

item that i wanted which was a ltd edition matrix 2 film cells and print i dropped in at £24

and the automated line said that i had got it and somebody would call me back shortly after

it had finished to take my payment details and name and address.

This never happened and next day I called the customer services help line . I was told by the

person that there was no note of my phone call and that I had not won. I asked how this could

be as it had clearly said I had won.. she said no you did not win. I said yes I did . I told her

politly that I was not happy as this was my first time at doing it and was not very impressed

she then said well there are no items against your number so you have not won is that o.k. I said

NO! it is not o,k (again politly) And she put the phone down on me.

Does this sound like a proffesional company to you.. So I say let the world know how **** they are

After the phone call where it showed I had not got the item I later that day got a call from Price-drop tv. to say they were sorry that they did not get back to me the same day as they were really busy that evening and did i stil want it. I explained to the about my customer service call and I got and appology from the sales lady and said that maybe because they were in a different building there computers had not been updated.. anyway I did by the item after talking to the lady on the other end.. but still not happy about there customer services..
