No they dont, but considering its significant wear - it simply can't be just wear and tear.

If they were clever, they'd just call it a day and sort it out - otherwise things can go to watchdog etc and Lexus definitely doesn't want that.

Latest - they will pay for seat but not labour. I have asked them to send to my local dealer where I will

collect and get it fitted by my son who is Lexus trained. They want £130 for fitting.

That was 4 days ago and have had no reply - although I am on holiday.

Let's see what they come back with.

what was the outcome of this? I have also now noticed some wear in the exact same place on my seats, although not as bad, i have 31k miles on the CT.

They have agreed to change FOC. I did ask them to ship seat and I would collect and have it fitted elsewhere. They agreed to change.
