Does Anyone Know Where This Piece Of Plastic Trim Belongs?!

This was behind the front left arch liner loose when I was accessing the washer fluid level sensor.

I can't see how it fixes or where it goes?

Has a clip and one hole in it. And foam all around it.

Any help please!?

sorry cant figure that one - i remember fixing my washer bottle on my mark 4 but dont recognise that part

I can't work it out on any parts diagrams or anywhere obvious by looking!

What model year? MK4? could be that:

53867 - SEAL, FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE, LH

53867-50020

Yeah its a mk4 98.

What do they mean by cowl side?

Mystery trim left off and all bolted back up.

No exploded diagram, local dealer has no clue and I can't access any manual for car.

If you have got on the usLexusowners club forum try finding it in their archives,sometimes you have to mess around to get these nuggets.
