It's all out there on google but here you go

-drain engine coolant using the radiator valve at base of radiator
-remove the air cleaner inlet(10mm bolt to remove)
-remove stock airbox and disconnect MAF sensor
-disconnect upper rad hose
-disconnect lower rad hose
-disconnect ECM 90 degree tubing from ECM and rad
-disconnect the wire for the electric cooling fan from clamp on the fan.
-disconnect 2 electric fan connectors
-disconnect the ECT switch(by lower rad hose, unscrew and screw into new rad)
-for A/T, disconnect 2 oil hoses from rad
-remove the two nuts and radiator top supports
-lift out the rad with cooling fan assembly attached
-disconnect the rad reservoir hose from the rad
-remove the 6 10mm bolts that hold fan assembly on rad.

Just don't forget..when you're refilling the system...you'll need to get any trapped air out of the matrix heater unit behind the dash. From memory ( it was some years back when I had my Mk1 is200) there is a bleed screw at the bottom to allow you to do this. Otherwise you will affect the ability to heat the cabin and will have lots of delightful gurgling sounds coming from the dash area!!

It's below the radio sitting over the transmission tunnel inside the dash
