Wiring Diagram Help Please

Hi,

I've acquired a 1990 UK resistered LS400 MOT failure with the intention of using the engine as a doner unit for another vehicle.

In order to kick things off I'm trying to locate the correct engine management and vehicle wiring diagram to establish what I need to remove/plan a new schematic.

I purchased an emanual on-line but although it does list an engine wiring schematic for a 1990 LS400 it is different to what's in my car.

I have chassis JT153UF1000038811 and engine 1UZ 0092731. The ECU has a sockets, 26pin, 16pin, 22pin and 26pin if this helps.

Can anyone please guide me to getting the correct diagram ?

Most of the information you require is on Club Lexus and Lextreme.

The pin configuration seems wrong what is the part number of your ECU?

Hi Steve and thanks for the welcome,

All is clear now. It would have helped were I reading the pin out correctly in the first place! There are a couple of wire colours that deviate from the cct. but I have all I need for the time being.

I am planning the installation of the motor into a 1990 MX5 as a bit of a rolling project with no fixed timescales to work within. Some electrical and mechanical challenges to keep me occupied for a while... Currently in the process of disconnecting and getting the engine ready for removal.
