Normalise The Sunroof - Rx300

Has anyone had the issue whereby they have to guess when the sunroof is completely closed, i.e., is does not seal automatically?

I've seen this as a possible solution?

To normalize, push and hold the 'slide' switch toward the front. The sunroof will tilt (even though you are using the 'slide' switch) up and down then slide open and close. After it closes, release the switch. The sunroof will now work normally (i.e. it will know where it's supposed to close when you use the switches).

I had multiple issues with the sunroof. It did what you described but also wouldn't open one touch and wouldn't close one touch either. It had a mind of its own. Never leaked though

Had exactly the same issue, run thru post 5 here, takes a minute or so, then all back to normal!
