This must be the most common sign on our roads, mainly seen on motorways being upgraded to "Smart" status over several years,for Smart read "We can now control you from our cozy office"

Also add this one, the only markings on UK roads ever to be repainted on a regular basis, having said that the cost is fully covered by the revenue generated by the "safety camera"
